Welcome to the sweet city life! Midtown is situated in the heart of the city, just north of downtown and south of Buckhead. Midtown is often thought of as the city’s art, music and overall culture hub. Residents enjoy many of the city’s best restaurants, direct access to public transportation, a diverse community, and a vibrant nightlife. Considered one of Atlanta’s most walkable communities, and with several initiatives in the works to build out the bike paths and multi-use trails, it’s feasible for citizens to exist here without a car. Conveniently located near all the major business sectors in metro-Atlanta, Midtown is popular with working professionals, and its outstanding school system makes it a viable option for raising children too.
Midtown’s housing mix is primarily made up of luxury high-rises, condos, lofts, townhomes as well as single family homes. If you are looking for a Live – Work – Play lifestyle, then Midtown Atlanta is your destination.
